Basic Console Troubleshooting

What should I do if my Xbox 360 or PS3 copy of Test Drive Unlimited 2 will not work, or the disc will not read?

  • Ensure that the disc has no scratches on it and is clean from debris or smudges
  • If the disc is clean and scratch free try the disc on another console; if the disc works fine on another system contact your console manufacture as there may be a hardware failure with your console
  • If the disc will not work on another console, contact your retailer about a possible defective disk replacement

Special note for PS3 users - there is an additional 383mb game update and install required prior to being able to play. On average this game update can take 15-30 minutes, and sometimes longer depending on your internet connection.
