General Information

Atari's Greatest Hits is a trove of classic Atari Arcade and Atari 2600 console games brought to the iOSplatform! Start for free with the classic Missle Command, add more games in packs, or acquire the entire collection!

 

Known Issues

When I select "more games" I cannot purchase additional game packs?

The "more games" item just displays other Atari games.  To purchase additional game packs in AGH players can purchase the game from the game select carousel or from the game list which comes up when the player touches the far left icon on the bottom.  It looks like a sheet of paper with a list.

Why do the graphics look that way?

Atari's Greatest Hits was designed to give user the look at feel of our popular Retro classics. The graphics in the app are meant to be an exact replicate of the games Atari fans played 30 years ago.

Troubleshooting

Atari's Greatest Hits supports in-game microtransaction purchases. If you have issues making an in-game purchase, have a gameplay question, or are having difficulties launching your game you will need to contact Atari Technical Support for assistance at http://support.atari.com or via email at CustomerSupport@atari.com.

This will help us look up your purchase record and account information to see if anything can be done to restore any purchases to your account. Please be aware that any missing information will delay our investigation since this information is critical to allow us to properly investigate what may be happening to your account.

Do be advised that it can take up to 48 hours before these investigations are completed and you see any change to your account. If you have any additional questions, or do not see any change to your account, please update your ticket.
