My game is defective and the store will not take it back or exchange it, what do I do?

Ensure that the disc has no scratches on it and is clean from debris and smudges. If the disc is clean and scratch free make sure to try the disc on another console or PC which meets the minimum specifications (as appropriate for the type of disc). If the disc works on another system you will need to address this as a console or hardware error. If the disc will not work on another system please return the game to the retailer where you purchased it from.
