First, you most likely have a roaming issue. All items (Mandatory updates, Title Updates and Saves) need to be on the same hard disk or storage device.

Once you have set up all the TDU2 files on the same storage location please do the follwing steps:

1. Sign into a GOLD Profile and launch the game

2. Accept the TU when prompted

3. Download all 4 mandatory updates

4. Complete the Tutorial

5. Exit to the Dashboard

6. Launch TDU2
