International Product Availability
Select apparel and merchandise products are available for international shipping, as indicated on each product page. Please use the localization tool in the bottom left corner of the footer to view products available in your specific region.
Currently, certain products on Atari.com are not available for shipping outside of the United States. Select oversized products ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.
Order Processing & Shipping
Our average order processing time is 2–5 business days for international orders. Please note that shipping-related delays like high order volume, failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions can cause order delays. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, or if your order has not arrived 2 weeks after placing your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at support@atari.com. Please note that import fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the displayed price of the product or the international shipping charges.
Restricted Territories
Please note, that we don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
