Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Atari.com, you may return any unused, undamaged item(s) that are in their original packaging back to Atari within 30 days of the receipt for a full refund, minus any customer-paid shipping charges at the time of checkout. Customer incurred shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that no refund will be issued if we find evidence that your product has been altered or modified in any way.

Final Sale Items
Please note that select limited edition and/or made-to-order products, and Atari XP cartridges are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please refer to the individual product page for an indication of final sale items.

Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please contact support@atari.com and reference your Atari.com order number. You must receive a return confirmation from us before sending your package.

Returns must be sent in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to our warehouse. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged during shipping.
